S&P Global Market Intelligence has appointed Struan Lloyd as managing director and head of Cappitech — a provider of regulatory reporting and business intelligence solutions.

Based in Singapore, Lloyd will leverage his experience in G20 reporting and post trade services across business development, product management and revenue growth.

He is promoted from his previous role as global head of sales for Cappitech, which he held from 2019 to 2024.

In his previous role, his responsibilities spanned across sales, strategy, business development and client relations.

Lloyd joined IHS Markit (now S&P Global) in 2019 from CME Group where he was head of the APAC trade repository in Singapore.

Earlier in his career, he also held senior roles at Fenergo and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).
