Kyle Kolasingh and Mathilda Yared have been voted to the board of the Canadian Securities Lending Association (CASLA).

Their appointment occurred during the CASLA annual general meeting, which was held on 4 March.

Both individuals hold extensive experience in financial services.

Kolasingh is director and head of market service solutions at RBC Investor Services, having joined the firm in 2010.

He joined CASLA as a coordinator in 2020 – a role he will continue until a successor is appointed. He will also retain his position as chair of the DEI Steering Group for the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA).

Yared is managing director of global securities finance at the National Bank of Canada. During her 11-year tenure at the firm, she worked across liquidity, clearing and regulation.

Before this, she spent two years as a financial services advisory for accounting company Ernst & Young.
