B. Riley Securities appoints Primiano as Vice President of securities lending

Rob Primiano has joined B. Riley Securities as vice president of the firm鈥檚 securities lending division.

Based in New York, Primiano will work as a securities lending trader for the sales desk.

B. Riley Securities, a wholly owned subsidiary of B.Riley Financial, provides capital markets, financial advisory, and institutional brokerage services to public and private companies, and investors.

Primiano joins the firm from Axos Clearing, a subsidiary of Axos Financial, where he served as vice president of the securities lending division for more than a decade.

Previously, he worked as a securities lending specialist within the equity finance division at Lehman Brothers.

Prior to that, he was senior lending specialist for equity finance trade support at ABN AMRO Bank and senior lending associate at AIG.
